Yesterday...

Yesterday we took a mini-trip to the Madison area. We went to the A-Z Sheep Farm in Oregon, WI to see some lambs, chickens, pigs, calves, and bunnies. Mostly we went hoping to see a lamb being born, but we missed out on that, but did see some very tiny lambs. They were soooo cute!!! Flora got to pet one, although I think she wanted to kiss it.  She did, however, put her cheek to the lamb's mouth, so it kissed her. It was very sweet!
Leo just woke up when we got there and seemed a little confused about where we were and what he was hearing.

Since the farm only took us about a half an hour, we decided to go to the Madison Zoo.  

Flora walked the whole time and, despite not having a nap, she did great and enjoyed looking at all the animals.
 It's hard to say which animals she liked the best.  

Leo slept the whole time.  I guess we'll have to go again when he's older.  

It was a great day to go for a drive and walk around outside.  Too bad some of that nice day didn't transfer to today. 

Oh!  I almost forgot!  Leo giggled for the first time for me, about a week ago.  I wasn't sure if it was a giggle until he did it again.  Flora heard it the second or third time and Tom and Sally were there to hear it the next time.  I haven't really been able to get it on video, because whenever I bring out the camera, he stares at it and gets very serious.
